I’m giving you the benefit of my over 40 years of personal growth training AND coaching high-level coaches.

I’m holding the space for you to do this important transformational work.

Which means I will gently, but strongly guide you through the process, both during our individual time and in our group sessions.

I will also hold you accountable for the goals you set out for the course and what you really want to do to improve the way you coach others.

This process has been proven to work over and over again. But make no mistake, I won’t just go into auto-pilot when we’re together.

That’s because I truly care that each individual in our laser-focused group receives the deep and rich interactive experience and support they need to be open to explore and change.

Why 6 months?

The coaching is designed to allow you plenty of time between sessions to integrate what you’re learning, with ongoing support.

Surprise breakthroughs is what I hear most often from those who have challenged themselves to do this work.

In fact, it can be so transformational that it’s likely you’ll experience a huge breakthrough during the very first session!

After 40 years of training in and experience in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing), Peruvian Shamanism and Solution Focused Therapy, I developed the wildly-recognized Belief Breakthrough Method™. • We will begin with a private call to discover your specific outcome for this coaching experience. Your outcome will be specific and achievable.

• Our group sessions will be twice a month for 1.5 hours, delivered on the Zoom platform: The Zoom platform is a video friendly web based meeting platform that allows interaction in both a visual and auditory way so you can see and hear. All the sessions are recorded and available only to the participants so the session can be reviewed for deeper learning.

• You will also receive two private half hour sessions during the six month period which means you will have your own time to create the outcomes and breakthroughs you desire.

• Specific topics that can immediately be implemented.

• Opportunity to do ongoing work on your outcome and opportunity to learn from others.

• Explanation about how to utilize these processes with your clients. This means you not only have transformations you also learn to use them.

• Private Facebook page for ongoing discussions and learning.

If by the end of the first session you decide this coaching is not for you all monies less an administrative fee of $57 will be cheerfully refunded. If you choose to continue you will be responsible for all remaining charges.
